During a recent stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in London, I was given a morning booster shot and it was great. After that day I decided that I would make it myself at home and have a shot of it every morning, and trust me when I say you should give it a go.
It’s really simple and easy to make. Just juice a mixture of strawberry, cranberry, red apple and ginger. Yep, that’s it! Juice those ingredients, stick the finished juice in the fridge and drink a shot of your new morning booster when you wake up in the morning, ready for the day ahead!
